New York Times Review

It’s crazy! I’m still pinching myself, 3 weeks after the fabulous New York Times Review. The day before the review, I’d been pre-writing (a traffic jam activity) query letters to various Farmers’ Markets in Michigan. Months. No, seasons away till booths brim with flowers, food & fun.

Of course, I love the Ann Arbor Farmers’ Market all the way till Christmas. We’re so lucky to enjoy the sights, smells, sounds, and yum–tastes of fall. From apples and pumpkins to holiday greenery, my market, and many others across Michigan are still very much alive.

Keep a look out for me–I’ll be the one with her mouth stuffed with samples of apple pie, bags dangling from both arms, and fishing around for my piggy bank, because I think that’s a fabulous hand-knit hat up ahead.

Meanwhile, take a look at the review. I continue to be grateful to Jane Dippold for bringing my feisty FMD girl to life in such a joyful way.
